"My lady, you have not called me by that name for years," replied her chauffeur.

"Thunderballs!" she hollered.

"My lady, you have not called me by that name for years," replied her chauffeur. He pulled the late-model Mercedes, a gaudy banana republic edition, to the curb and turned in his seat to fix his lone remaining eye on her distended midsection.
